DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery is free on all mattresses, toppers and pillows purchased from memory-foammattress.co.uk to all addresses within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland).

Order your memory foam mattress before 2pm on any working day and it will be despatched the following working day (excludes bank holidays). If you prefer you can select a delivery day of your choice at no extra cost with the exception of Saturday. Saturday deliveries can be arrange for an extra cost of £30.

Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the following working day.

If you order a mattress and it's unfortunately not in stock, please allow for 14 working days for the item to be sent out to you.

Please Note: We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if no one is available to receive the goods on the confirmed date of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are received safely at the specified delivery address.

Deliveries cannot be left unattended outside, in garages, outbuildings or porches if no one is available to receive goods.
